When you submit our free audit request form, we collect:

- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Business name and type
- Your website URL
- A description of your biggest website problem
- Any additional details you choose to share
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data.

We use your information solely to:
- Prepare and deliver your free website audit report
- Follow up with you about your audit results and recommendations
- Respond to questions or inquiries you submit
- Send service-related communications relevant to your audit
We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, or automated profiling.
4. How Your Information Is Stored
Your form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) on secure servers. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
We access submissions through the Netlify dashboard, protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication. We do not store your information in any CRM, advertising platform, or data broker.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts — for typography. Google may receive your IP when fonts load. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — for hosting and form processing.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HotJar, or any advertising or tracking platforms. Your data is never shared with or sold to third parties.

AskRY does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our site may use basic session cookies required for website functionality, but we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
